???It was such a joy hosting Don Tacik!??? With nearly 40 years of professional experience, Don currently serves as the President of Armstrong Comfort Solutions. Under his leadership, Armstrong Comfort has experienced rapid expansion into the Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing markets in Western Pennsylvania over the past 7 years. This impressive growth has been achieved through a combination of organic growth and strategic mergers and acquisitions. ???? Previously, Don held the position of Vice President of Operations at Armstrong for 13 years, where he led a large regional field operations team for the broadband, cable, and telephone provider. Before Armstrong, Don served as Regional Director of Engineering and Operations for XO Communications, leading the Midwest Region of the U.S. for 7 years. He began his career with the Sprint Corporation, holding various positions responsible for sales, service, and technology. Through our participation in the Heat the Burg program, members of our Armstrong Comfort Solutions HVAC team, Lyle, Lead Installer, Austin, Install Technician, and Eli, Service and Installation Manager, had the opportunity to install a new Carrier gas furnace for a deserving family at no cost to the homeowner. In addition, a one-year membership to our maintenance program, Peace of Mind Club, was provided. Armstrong Comfort Solutions is proud to be part of the Heat the Burg program and helping to make Western PA a warmer, better place.

This year, the Armstrong Comfort Solutions 2025 Leadership Kick-Off Meeting was hosted on-site at the WPXI-TV studios. The central theme revolved around advancing our company and ourselves from GOOD to GREAT. Our presenters were Don Tacik, President, Jeanne Ramelli, HVAC GM, Mike Cabiles, Plumbing GM, and Nicole Briggs, Controller. Although our focus for the day was primarily our company goals and objectives for 2025, Don Tacik and our gracious hosts at WPXI were able to add in some extra fun and excitement to our day by inviting the team to watch a taping of the Jerome Bettis Show and meet Mr. Bettis and his co-host, Jenna Harner.

Happy National HVAC Tech Day from Armstrong Comfort Solutions! Yesterday, our team, alongside our HVAC General Manager, Jeanne Ramelli, and our HVAC Sales Manager, Mark McNellis, celebrated by delivering meals, chilled drinks, and cooling towels to each worksite. We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation for our HVAC team’s hard work throughout the year and especially on hot summer days like we had this past week!
