We are honored to be chosen as the host venue for the 13th Biennial Conference of the United States Society for Ecological Economics! Attendees traveled to Schenectady from as far away as Puerto Rico and the West Coast, Canada, Europe, Africa and Asia to attend 3 days of education, fellowship and thought provoking discussions. The diverse group ranged from a high school sophomore to a 90 year old professor. We thank them for trusting us to partner on their event! Special thank you to their President, John Polimeni! ?? Our Master of Ceremonies Alex from #MOPCO brought out the detective in all of us as we determined the Who, Why, Weapon, and Where this nasty, yet harmless crime was committed. MPI Upstate New York Chapter is again honoring #GlobalMeetingsIndustryDay and our chapter's industry leaders with an exciting gala celebration that you won’t want to miss! Global Meetings Industry Day (GMID) brings together leaders from across the meetings and event industry to showcase the real impact that business meetings, conferences, conventions, incentive travel, trade shows, and exhibitions have on people, businesses, and communities. This year, we will be participating in this International Day of Advocacy by joining together for an evening of celebration and intrigue. Our chapter membership will make up the cast of characters, venues, and motives that will create a “clue-like” evening of mystery-solving.
