    Hey publishers ?? Are you asking your ad tech partners these questions? 1 - Where do you source your demand? What product categories are able to buy my inventory, how do you ensure quality and non-disruptive advertisers on my sites? 2 - How do you make money? Do you charge a fee on both the demand and supply side? Do you provide full transparency to all parties regarding cost structure? 3 - If you require exclusivity, do you guarentee a min fill rate and eCPM? If not, why do you think exclusivity is the right way to go to help me make the most money off my content? We chose these three questions because we happen to think we have the right anwsers to them (endemic only, rev share of supply payout only, exclusivity is for those who can't compete).     100%, omni-channel is the ticket. It’s unfortunate that some industries are left out of several key marketing channels. We’ve been chipping away at those gaps at Armanet. We filled the gap on the programmatic display side with scalable, measurable and sophisticated solutions (check out our dynamic shopping ads for 2A retailers). To allow for more rich content in paid ads, we’re rolling out video currently - on that front, would love to help you guys get more reach on those awesome client videos that Clandestine Media Group produces!     PAID ADVERTISING IS DYING I’ve heard a few people say recently that paid advertising is dying. The argument is made that the platform’s data is inflated, inaccurate and not delivering the same ROI it once did. The reality is paid advertising isn’t dying, it’s evolving. They are correct that it’s not the same ROI it once was, but they aren’t correct that it’s going away. Paid platforms act similar to a stock market. As people saturate the platform in hopes of profit the demand causes the price of advertising to increase and subsequently the ROI decreases as metrics suffer. As people see mediocre results they leave the platform in search of new advertising opportunities and the demand decreases causing the cost to decrease. This means more than anything an Omni-channel marketing mix is your most important marketing solution. The question you need to ask yourself is: if your primary marketing channel went away today, how jeapordized would your business be? If the answer is cataclismic failure, it’s time to rework your marketing mix because it means the success of your business hinges on someone else’s algorithm. The great part is today Meta, Google and TikTok aren’t the only places to show your product. Programmatic (tv ads), in-app advertising, digital billboards, and a whole host of other platforms allow you to run media ads to targeted cohorts for very reasonable rates while delivering a positive ROI. Don’t get mad at the system, work the system.

    As the government keeps getting its grubby little hands on social media networks, search engines, and large corporations - censorship in the 2A space continues to grow at a "freedom impeding" rate. I speak with 2A business owners every day, all day, and the resounding response I get is - they are starting to wonder where to turn to have the well structured advertising capabilities they previously had with Google and Facebook. This response doesn't surprise me, but it sure does piss me off. One of the reasons I love working at Armanet so much is we share the same sentiment, being pissed off that people's advertising freedoms have been slowly chipped away at while leaving business owners with so few affective and affordable options. This is why we continue every day developing and growing our 2A ad solution to help give businesses their marketing freedoms back. I think it's pretty brag-worthy to have a 94% retention rate with our clients while having no lock-ins or minimums in place... ultimately forcing us to "put our money where our mouth is".
