As a licensed NYS Professional Engineer and a Certified Construction Manager, he has successfully led multi-billion-dollar capital construction programs with a strong focus on compliance, sustainability, and operational efficiency. In his new role, Phillip G. will work with Barbara Kushner, President/CEO, to drive our daily operations, steer strategic initiatives, and strengthen our key stakeholder relationships—from boards and owners to consultants and contractors.
