    Meet this month's employee spotlight, Jennifer Neal! Jennifer has been a part of our team for over 18 years! As an Executive Assistant, she manages a wide range of tasks, including tracking bonds, organizing monthly profitability reports, issuing inspection notices, drafting contracts, and coordinating travel arrangements. For Jennifer, being part of the Armada Hoffler team means working together with a shared focus on achieving common goals. She believes that when everyone contributes and collaborates, the team accomplishes more together. Outside of work, Jennifer has a background as a competitive dancer, having ranked #5 in the world in Country & Western and ballroom dance with her husband. She also enjoys hiking the Appalachian Trail and tackling challenging home projects!

    Meet this month's employee spotlight, Brandi Whitlock! Brandi has been a member of our team for about three years. As a Property Accounting Manager, she works within the portfolio/property accounting department, managing the accounting side of each property and coordinating with the asset management team. Since joining the team, Brandi has appreciated the support and learning opportunities from multiple departments, which have helped her understand how everything comes together, from development to property management. In her free time, Brandi enjoys playing and watching sports. She is very excited for the start of football season!
