Meet this month’s employee spotlight, Reef Miller! Reef has been a member of our team for two years. As a Project Engineer, he coordinates with design teams, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. His role involves selecting the right materials on-site, addressing subcontractor questions, and helping his team keep projects on track and on schedule. For Reef, being part of the Armada Hoffler team means contributing to a legacy of excellence, innovation, and integrity in the construction industry. He values the opportunity to build lasting relationships, deliver quality projects, and make a meaningful impact on the communities we serve. Outside of work, Reef enjoys anything outdoors, including fishing, hunting, camping, snowboarding, and surfing.
