Why We Exist
Arm Candy was created with two specific purposes in mind: to be the highest quality media service offering in North America and to bring to life a rewarding agency experience in which all of its team members would enjoy and flourish. We have made significant strides in both of these pursuits and look forward to getting better each and every day!

People are our most valuable assets so why wouldn’t we do everything in our power to offer them the best benefits possible? Employees, as well as their spouses and kids, receive health insurance covered at 100% including all dental, vision, short term disability, long term disability and life insurance. Additionally, we offer 13 weeks maternity leave and 8 weeks paternity leave as well as paid vacations to recognize 3-year and 5-year work anniversaries.
We believe in Finding Your Balance!
“Finding Your Balance” isn’t something we just say; it’s something we actively practice. We offer Mandatory PTO where employees are required to take a minimum of 15 days off within a year to be eligible for promos, bonuses, and raises. We recognize 18 company holidays where the agency is closed and observe Summer Fridays from Memorial Day through Labor Day where employees get a half day each Friday.
