?? Exciting start to our Winter coach education scheudle at ASC! We kicked off our first of three miniseries workshops with a deep dive into Coaching and Leadership the Emma Hayes way. A big thank you to all the coaches who attended and engaged in some fantastic discussions. It was inspiring to explore Emma’s approach to leadership and coaching, and how we can apply these valuable insights in our own environment. There was a lot of thought-provoking conversation around her unique methods and how she didn’t have any formal education in football until her later years and how what she did study now supports her in her footballing career.
