Director, Cybersecurity Governance, Risk and Compliance - University of Arkansas
The University of Arkansas is seeking an experienced cybersecurity leader to serve as their Director of Cybersecurity Governance, Risk and Compliance.
This strategic leadership role reports directly to the CISO and offers:

Key responsibilities include:
? Overseeing the university's cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance programs
? Developing and implementing security policies aligned with regulatory requirements
? Conducting risk assessments and managing compliance initiatives ? Leading and mentoring a team of security professionals
? Fostering a culture of security awareness across the university
Required qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or related field
? 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity GRC (3+ years in leadership)
? Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CGRC, or CISA
? Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
