As we reflect on 2024, we’re proud to share our Winter Newsletter, recapping a year of meaningful progress. This year, we developed a clinic-based initiative to drive MSSP success, were honored by Becker's Healthcare as one of the "44 ACOs to Know" for 2024, and completed a transformative pharmacy project focused on medication adherence. Arkansas Health Network (AHN) is the largest Clinically Integrated Network in our state, serving over 134,000 Arkansans with a value-based approach to healthcare. We build on the strengths of over 3,6000 participating providers, 18 acute care facilities and specialists across the care continuum to improve patient health, increase efficiency and enable physicians to succeed in today’s changing health care payment and delivery environments.
