Thank you Stuart Spencer and everyone for making this a fantastic conference!
It was another great day at the Arkansas Bar Association’s 28th Annual Environmental Law Conference. Hearing from Sec. Ward of the Arkansas Department of Agriculture and Sec. Khoury of the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality were highlights of the day. I’d be remiss if I didn’t give Jordan Wimpy a shoutout for his annual year in review. Kudos again to the Bar and to Mitchell Dowden for organizing this year’s event.
