On Monday I took a flight from Honolulu to Little Rock to deliver the keynote presentation for the Arkansas Association of Educational Administrators annual conference. Funny/awesome that my largest live audience for a talk to date is now ARKANSAS—with more than 1,200 K12 system leaders in the room.
