In Quartzsite, AZ, where many residents face food insecurity, Friends of the Quartzsite Food Bank is a lifeline—providing nutritious food to families in need across a 50-mile radius. For the fourth year in a row, Arizona Complete Health is proud to support this vital organization, including a recent capital grant to help purchase a much-needed transport van. ?? Why this matters: ? More efficient grocery pick-ups and deliveries. ? Keeps food cool and fresh in Arizona’s heat. ? Expands access for homebound individuals and rural families. ? Strengthens a food bank that serves thousands of families year-round. With this new van, the food bank can continue serving 1,000 families each month in the summer—and up to 2,500 families in the winter when Quartzsite’s population swells.
