It has been a fantastic week for affordable housing in #Phoenix! Congratulations to Atlantic Development on the grand opening of The Reserve at Thunderbird.? City of Phoenix Housing Department is proud to support this 242-unit affordable multifamily housing complex.?Highlights of the development include: - $2,000,000 in HOME Program Funds - 22 City of Phoenix set aside HOME units for households at 60% AMI or lower - 34 Project based voucher units for households at 50% AMI or lower The Reserve at Thunderbird is a mixed income, integrated permanent supportive housing, LIHTC development serving vulnerable populations.
