To get the most out of your CGH measurement, it is essential to process the data correctly, and there can be a lot of important steps. So, we want to hear from you! What do you think is the most important data processing step to getting accurate surface results from a CGH measurement? ?? Substrate correction – Calibrate errors induced by the transmitted wavefront of the CGH substrate ?? Mapping correction – Properly transform measurement data from the CGH domain to the physical domain on the test optic ?? Misalignment?correction – Alignment between your CGH and test part, even just a few microns, produces aberration on top of surface figure error!
