We are extremely excited to announce Hannah Hughens, Head of Internal Development, as our January Member of the Month! During her two semesters in AMI, Hannah has become a leader both internally, and externally. Hannah has been involved in the recruitment and onboarding of new members, implementing innovative processes, and aiding the organization with a variety of other internal tasks. In addition, Hannah is currently working on a consulting engagement and has attended numerous community events. We are so grateful to have Hannah on our team and are inspired by her dedication daily!

We are excited to share that our member of the month for November is Rashi Duttagupta! Rashi has served as both the Director of Education and the Executive Director of AMI, and has demonstrated drive and dedication by aiding in the development of new initiatives like the AMI Market Fund, and attending various events around the valley. Rashi's innovative ideas and her leadership are just some of the many reasons we are grateful to have her as a leader on our staff. Thank you, Rashi, for all that you do for AMI!

As 2024 comes to a close, we want to highlight our graduating senior, Dunya Mostaghimi, who has dedicated immense time and effort to helping AMI serve its mission. Dunya is graduating with a degree in both Economics and Finance, and served as our Director of Finance this year. Some of Dunya's favorite memories in AMI include developing friendships and learning new skills that she will continue to use throughout her career. "The friendships I built within the organization, combined with the opportunity to serve small businesses in our community, has been truly meaningful." Following graduation, Dunya will be joining Uber's Strategic Finance Team in San Francisco.
