This year marks the 10th anniversary of National Apprenticeship Week, and we at the Arizona Builders Alliance (ABA) are proud to celebrate the impact apprenticeships have on our industry and our community.? At ABA, we’re especially excited to highlight our Electrical Apprenticeship Program, which is helping to shape the next generation of skilled electricians. Through hands-on training and real-world experience, our program provides participants with the tools they need to build successful careers while meeting the growing demands of the construction industry.? This year’s NAW theme, "10 Years of Engagement, Expansion, and Innovation," resonates deeply with us as we reflect on how apprenticeships create life-changing opportunities for job seekers and strengthen the workforce for employers.? We’re honored to play a role in developing a highly skilled and diverse workforce and are committed to expanding access to these programs across Arizona. Let’s continue building futures together!? ??
