Camp HONOR isn’t just a summer camp—it’s a life-changing experience for kids with bleeding disorders. Here, they learn essential skills like self-infusion, empowering them to take control of their condition. But Camp HONOR offers more than education—it’s a place where lifelong friendships are made, and kids find the confidence to face their challenges head-on. AZBD had a fantastic time this weekend volunteering at The Society of St. Vincent de Paul - Phoenix urban farm! From clearing paths and picking strawberries to gathering eggs, our team put in some hard work for a great cause. Thank you to everyone who came out and got their hands a little dirty with us! Looking forward to our next community volunteer opportunity soon!

This Veterans Day, we honor the courage, dedication, and sacrifice of our veterans. AZBD would also like to highlight one of our staff members, Paul, who served in the U.S. Navy. Paul spent five years as an aircraft mechanic and served during Desert Storm. A highlight from his time in service? Breakfast served by none other than Halle Berry on the Mediterranean Sea! Thank you, Paul, and thank you to all veterans for your service and commitment.

? Volunteer Opportunity! ? This year Arizona Bleeding Disorders is partnering with the WM Phoenix Open to volunteer in their concession stands! Every volunteer shift that is completed during the tournament means a donation back to Arizona Bleeding Disorders. All volunteers will receive a one day guest pass into the tournament upon completion of their shift. The earlier in the week you volunteer the more options you have of days to come back.
