APGC is proud to lead the $35 million renovation of Palolo Homes I and II in Honolulu, managed by the Mutual Housing Association of Hawai'i. This extensive project involves upgrades to 306 units across 66 buildings and includes replacing all plumbing and light fixtures, installing solar hot water heating systems to enhance energy self-sufficiency, and updating all appliances, entry doors, and railings. The buildings will be repainted, and the roofs recoated, along with soil stabilization efforts on New Jersey Avenue to ensure the safety and sustainability of the complex. With minimal disruption to tenants, these improvements will significantly enhance living conditions and contribute to the complex’s financial sustainability. Located in the neighborhood of our Oahu offices since 2010, Palolo Valley is dear to our hearts, and we are honored to be part of this important initiative that will greatly benefit the community we call home.

The Heart, Brain, Vascular Cardio Room #2 project at Maui Memorial Hospital was a full renovation of an existing HBV surgical room. Darin paddled with Wailea Canoe Club and secured an impressive 2nd place finish in the Men's Master 50 division with a time of 6 hours and 8 minutes. Well done, Darin—your APGC team is proud of you!
