Congrats to our customer, Mazda Toyota Manufacturing, on your 6th anniversary! We were proud to serve as one of the general contractors onsite, managing the foundations for the entire 4 square mile site and the construction of the stamping press weld facility, as well as providing our high quality self perform services on many of the jobsite’s buildings. Six years ago, MTM set roots in North Alabama, bringing together two automotive giants with a shared vision of quality, innovation, and teamwork. From day one, we’ve been committed to driving the future of mobility – and it’s been an incredible journey. Here’s to our fantastic team members, our supportive community, and the exciting road ahead!

Michigan Assembly Plant (MAP) is the 5 million SF home to the Ford Bronco & Ranger. Aristeo has managed the entire site as the onsite construction partner since 1998. We're proud to have managed numerous facility improvements and upgrades in our 25+ years of being on site. Being a successful ongoing construction partner requires a strong ability to bridge the gap between design, constructability, budget and logistics while ensuring the end user's space needs and design aesthetics are met. We're proud to continue doing just that at MAP. Learn more here: https://bit.ly/3CewaDz

One of the perks of being an Aristeo intern is experience like no other. Brett, a former intern and now senior project engineer, said one of the reasons he stayed with us after graduation is because he was truly immersed in each department. He said it was helpful to see how everything ties together while also getting to know everyone across the company. When Brett reflected on his time as an intern and the reason he stayed post-grad, he said, "I liked the company, the people I worked with and the work I was doing as an intern." Interested in being a class of 2025 Aristeo intern? We'll be at MIAT College of Technology, Eastern Michigan University and University of North Carolina at Charlotte in the coming weeks. Be sure to stop by our table to chat! https://bit.ly/3zuLLy9

As part of our commitment to workforce development and community involvement, we're proud to support The Engineering Society of Detroit's Boys in Engineering Academy (BEA) with a generous contribution. The BEA empowers youths to thrive through resources and opportunities, and we’re excited to help create opportunities for young boys to explore engineering, gain confidence and see the possibilities that STEM careers can offer them. Read more about our support starting on page 26 here: https://bit.ly/3ZUsj8E
For over a century, The Engineering Society of Detroit’s mission of investing in future #engineers and creating opportunities includes win-win partnerships with educators and industry to develop and mentor #Michigan’s next generation of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) talent. As part of this mission, we've partnered with universities and industry leaders to introduce underserved Detroit youth to #STEM through hands-on immersive learning, led by diverse educators and mentors. This summer, we’re proud to see these efforts come full circle by graduating our first cohort of participants in the?Girls in Engineering Academy?(GEA), who began in 2017. Simultaneously, we launched the?Boys in Engineering Academy?(BEA) program with over 20 young men eager to learn more about STEM. Both programs aim to close the STEM learning and post-secondary achievement gaps of underrepresented groups to ensure tomorrow’s engineers, scientists, technology and math experts reflect the rich diversity in communities across our state. Special thanks to Chuck Stokes, WXYZ Detroit, for featuring The Engineering Society of Detroit (ESD.org) on yesterday’s “Spotlight on the News”. The segment highlighted ESD’s efforts to bring STEM learning and career opportunities to fruition, inspiring the next generation to pursue their passion for STEM and filling the pipeline of technical talent in the region. Watch the segment, which includes dialog with ESD’s Executive Director Robert Magee, DTE Energy’s Frenae F. Smith, FESD, and GEA and BEA representatives Amara and Cedric Small.
