MEET SCOTT OLSON, LEAD ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN AT ARIMATION ROBOTICS We’re excited to welcome Scott to our team! With nearly 40 years of experience in machine build trades, Scott has built everything from high-speed packaging and medical manufacturing systems to robotic systems and web handling. He’s led major projects requiring the coordination of multiple semi-loads for shipment and has hands-on expertise as a machinist, welder, and electrician. Scott is certified in AC/DC electrical work and trained in OSHA Arc Flash, NEC, and NFPA standards. He brings a wealth of knowledge from his previous roles, where he led large-scale installations, worked on significant projects, and handled specialized builds for top-tier manufacturing companies in the automation and medical industries. Outside of work, Scott and his wife (married nearly 30 years) enjoy spending time in Ely, MN, where they visit family and enjoy the outdoors. Scott also enjoys vintage motorcycles (which he’s been restoring and riding since he was 16), shooting trap on a league, and grouse hunting with his family.
