One week later, and we're still thinking about it! ?? A huge thank you?to everyone who joined us for our book launch last week! It was incredible to celebrate with so many of you and dive into some of the biggest legal trends employers need to be aware of right now. At the event, we discussed three key changes we're seeing: ?? Executive Orders Impacting DEI?– Ensure your organization isn’t granting privileges to one class without offering them to everyone. ?? LGBTQ+ and EEOC Enforcement?– Employment decisions should always be based on legitimate, non-discriminatory reasons. ?? What a way to start the New Year! This past weekend the RADIX Construction family came together for an unforgettable evening filled with connection, celebration, and excitement for the future.
