关于我们
Arianna's Center engages, empowers, and lifts up the trans community of South Florida. We place a special emphasis on the most marginalized, including the Trans Latinx community, undocumented immigrants, people living with HIV and AIDS, and those who have experienced incarceration. We deliver key services through an integrated case management model. We work one-on-one with each client to provide a comprehensive set of services uniquely tailored to meet individual needs. Many of our clients begin working with us to gain access to legal name/gender change services and/or access to transition-related care. During our initial intake, clients identify their priorities and share their life experiences. We ensure through prompts and questions in the initial assessment that we emerge with a holistic understanding of each client’s needs and priorities around immigration, HIV risk, incarceration, and domestic violence.

Leading with Resilience, I'm Arianna Lint, an executive woman, an entrepreneur, and a proud Translatina leader. Through my work at Arianna's Center, I remain committed to serving my community, despite the increasing challenges brought by restrictive policies and the lack of true commitment from many organizations that claim to support us. We face a political climate that threatens transgender rights, immigration protections, and access to healthcare—issues that disproportionately impact trans people of color, particularly in the Deep South and Puerto Rico. The new executive orders under the Trump administration signal a rollback of essential protections, and many who once had the resources to help are either silent or absent. However, at Arianna’s Center, we continue forward, undeterred. For years, we have worked with little or no funding, relying on the unwavering support of a few trusted partners—our “angels”—who have stood by us when others have not. We do not simply fight for ourselves; we also create opportunities for other grassroots organizations to access resources, ensuring that the movement for transgender rights and immigrant protections remains strong. Nothing and no one will stop us. We will persist, resist, and thrive. With your genuine support, we can continue expanding services and providing life-saving assistance to those who need it most. Thank you for standing with us. Arianna Lint

"Immigration, LGBTQ+ Challenges, and the Need for an Impact Assessment in Puerto Rico and Latinx Communities". The intersection of immigration, LGBTQ+ rights, and Latinx identities is under heightened threat in Puerto Rico and the broader U.S. community as new federal policies take effect. These policies, such as executive orders redefining “gender ideology,” ICE raids in Puerto Rico, and increased immigration enforcement, directly undermine the rights of immigrants and transgender individuals, particularly those from Latinx backgrounds. For nonprofit organizations like Arianna's Center, the need to protect and empower these communities has never been more urgent. Puerto Rico, often overlooked in conversations about U.S. immigration, is home to a diverse immigrant population, including Dominicans, Colombians, Venezuelans, and others. However, systemic discrimination and lack of political priority have left these communities vulnerable. The transgender community faces compounding challenges, such as limited access to gender-affirming care and the looming risk of deportation, making it vital to address these issues through robust programming and advocacy. To counteract these threats, Arianna’s Center is developing a comprehensive Impact Assessment Plan to ensure the sustainability of its services. The plan systematically evaluates vulnerabilities in funding and programming, focusing on areas such as immigration support, LGBTQ+ health services, and operational infrastructure. Steps include mapping funding streams, assessing programmatic exposure, and identifying alternative funding sources to mitigate risks. CEO Arianna Lint and Arianna's Center also calls on local and national stakeholders to recognize the urgency of supporting the immigrant LGBTQ+ community. By uniting resources and leveraging partnerships, nonprofits can ensure that marginalized voices are not silenced by discriminatory policies. Together, we can create a resilient future for the Latinx and LGBTQ+ communities in Puerto Rico and beyond. For more on Arianna’s Center’s impactful work, visit www.Ariannas-Center.org
