Argovox changes this by making new levels of payer engagement possible at scale. Through both voice and text conversations, our AI agents can engage in complex, multi-turn patient billing and collection conversation. This leads higher engagement with payers and optimal collection results. Our AI agents engage with customers over voice and text. Once the conversation is done, our agents analyze the conversation, log the required data and suggest next steps, eliminating the need for human processing. All this while accounting for regulatory and compliance requirements. Working with our initial partners, our AI is successfully driving 70% of conversations to a desired conclusion autonomously.
