What a great time at the America's Great Loop Cruisers' Association Fall Rendezvous at Joe Wheeler State Park! ???? Just a couple of hours south of Nashville, it’s been a fantastic week connecting with fellow Loopers and sharing some Argo tips. Dave kicked it off with his insightful “Tips from a Gold Looper” session on Tuesday, and Captain Jeff had the pleasure of speaking about Argo Navigation and Autorouting! We’re loving the afternoon Looper Crawls, getting a closer look at the amazing boats doing the Loop. Of course, we had to make a pit stop at Buckey’s—Captain Jeff's first time there! Plus, a great night out in Nashville, where Mrs. Argo managed to have a chat with Jack Daniel while Captain Jeff caught up on Argo emails. ?? ?? Did you hear about the two yachts that sunk in the Newport to Bermuda race on Tuesday? Fortunately, everyone was rescued safely. But it was another good reminder to make sure you're doing everything you can to stay safe on the water. ?? One thing you can do is to use Argo's report pins to report hazards other boaters should know about. Did you add any new report pins to Argo's map this week? Reporting issues like submerged hazards is critical to making sure everyone stays safe on the water. You may not know that there's an easy way to manage your report pins. Instead of hunting them all down individually, you can review and edit them right within our handy My Pins tab. Keep reading for a quick overview of how to do this: 1. Tap Menu at the top of Argo's home screen. 2. Choose My Pins from the list of options. You can also go to the My Pins section of your profile. 3. Here you'll see three tabs. Places are under the first tab. Reports under the second tab. Temporary pins are under the third tab. 4. Temporary pins are created using a Press & Hold on the map, which is handy for dropping pins quickly while moving. Capt. Jeff is on the move! ?? Update from him: "I'm on Argo Ambassador, Dave Rowe’s 38-foot Bayliner heading down the Delaware Bay and up the New Jersey ICW! Dave will be heading up to Lake Champlain and then onto Canada, but I’m hopping off in Ocean City, NJ. He’s been after me for a year or so to get out on the water, to see Argo in action, not just sitting behind my desk. Dave has two iPads and an android tablet going with different apps along with his Garmin. We’re getting some real good testing right now!"
