Today, Ares announced it acquired Riverside Credit Solutions (RCS), a team that provides flexible cash-flow-based financing solutions to both private equity sponsored and non-sponsored companies in the lower-middle market. The acquisition will further enhance Ares’ U.S. Direct Lending capabilities across the lower-middle market, driving expanded deal flow opportunities and reinforcing Ares’ position as a leading direct lender.
