Melissa Scherkoske, MSPH will be joining as SVP, Strategic Client Detector.?With over 20 years of experience, Melissa is known for creating dynamic, motivated teams and guiding them through challenges and launches with humor, insight, and grace.?Melissa recently earned her Master of Science in Public Health in Health, Behavior, and Society (HBS) at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She has taught at Johns Hopkins, conducted community-based research, and developed publications. Melissa's research areas include the assessment of health literacy in provider/patient communications, shared decision-making in medical encounters, and the social and cultural factors impacting patients’ psychosocial and educational needs.??When not focused on business, Melissa likes urban gardening, cooking, travel, and spending time with her pup and partner.? Aidan Heath will begin his professional career as Client Success Coordinator.??Aidan recently graduated from the Penn State Smeal College of Business with a BS in Marketing and minor in Sociology. Having been an intern with us this past summer, Aidan already has a grasp of the agency world and the life sciences industry.?He brings his results-driven aspiring marketing professional persona with creative problem-solving skills to our team.??in his free time, he likes to mountain bike, go fishing along with many other outdoor hobbies,?and of course, hanging out with his #nittanylionbuddies.
