My favorite takeaway was about automating your “anti-to-do list.” By identifying and eliminating the tasks that drain time and energy—think redundant processes and unnecessary approvals—we can unlock space for teams to innovate. Any time you’re asked to do something on this list, you should be consulting AI to do it for you. This isn’t the death of product management but rather the next step in its evolution. By focusing on removing obstacles instead of adding more tasks, we allow teams to operate at their best, delivering meaningful impact for users and businesses alike.
