The Arcus team is growing and hiring across the board! When I joined Arcus, the team was in the middle of an ambitious sprint. Despite sleepless nights, the energy was high, and I was amazed by the team's determination—we were going to deliver and we did! In a matter of a week, the team shipped a new feature, now one of the most critical tasks in our enterprise workflows, with 8k+ lines of fresh code tested and sweated. Since that first week, we’ve tackled many more sprints. Every time, we debate strategy, prioritize rigorously, and focus on building what the company needs most. What I love most about Arcus is the thrill of contributing to a rapidly growing company alongside a truly incredible team. Kunal, Arda, Amy, Isaac and I are all active owners, constantly challenging each other to push for excellence. Through this, I’ve grown immensely, not only as an engineer but across all fronts.
