We’re excited to welcome Jason Smiddy to Team ARCTOS!?Jason is a Program Manager for the Aerospace Structures & Materials Team supporting the AFRL Materials & Manufacturing Directorate.?He holds a BS in Business Administration and a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Jason served 10 years in the U.S. Navy Submarine Force as an Electronics Technician and Navy “A” school instructor.?His hobbies include hanging out with family, building LEGO, and 3D printing. ARCTOS Technology Solutions, LLC (“ARCTOS”) is pleased to announce the award of a new $97M indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract supporting the Air Force Research Laboratory, Materials and Manufacturing Directorate (AFRL/RX). The Aerospace Materials Processing, Performance and Characterization (AMPPAC) program provides for the processing, behavior characterization, and performance prediction of advanced aerospace materials. The award includes an initial $8M task order for Advanced Computing for Advanced Composites. Work will be performed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, and is expected to be complete by Jan. 23, 2035. We look forward to expanding our long-time support to AFRL/RX research teams and USAF/USSF stakeholders over the course of the AMPPAC program!

We’re excited to welcome Aditya Rudrakshi (Adit) to Team ARCTOS!?Adit serves as our Associate Director of Commercial Spaceflight with responsibility for managing and growing the Commercial Risk & Safety product portfolio.?With a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle and an MBA from Arizona State University, his background includes product design and lifecycle management in the defense, aviation and space industries at BAE Systems, Raytheon and Sierra Space.?When he’s not at work, Adit’s hobbies include music, antique restoration, motorsports & aviation, and road trips and travel.
