Annual Calibration: Have your Vector Measuring Tool and reference sleeves master calibrated at least once a year to ensure accuracy. ?? Proper Storage: Protect your tool by storing it in a way that prevents bending or damage. ?? Keep It Clean: Regularly clean both the Vector Measuring Tool and reference sleeves to maintain precision. ?? Pre-Use Calibration: Always calibrate the tool to the reference sleeve before each use for consistent results. ?? Consistency Matters: Ensure measurement locations are consistent by marking the shaft of the stator measuring tool with tape at each point of measurement. ?? Find the Center: When taking measurements, move the tool around to locate the center, which is typically where the ID is at its maximum. ???
