Located in the growing Scenic Bluff neighborhood of Fort Worth, Texas, the development includes 94 new residential units with a mix of affordable and market-rate apartments. The Clifton Riverside project provides excellent access to nearby Riverside Park, the Trinity Trails path system, Greenway Park, and Downtown Fort Worth, as well as onsite amenities such as a courtyard with firepits and a playground, a fitness and recreation space, a library, and more. We are thrilled to announce that Fairmont Breakers Long Beach has been awarded a 2025 Preservation Award by the Los Angeles Conservancy, recognizing outstanding achievement in historic preservation. ARCO National Construction partnered with Long Beach-based investment firm Pacific6 to carefully restore key architectural elements, honoring the charm and grandeur of the original Breakers Hotel. Originally designed by Walker & Eisen in 1926, the building’s Spanish Renaissance Revival features made it one of Southern California’s most celebrated destinations, frequented by Hollywood stars. ARCO meticulously preserved and reconstructed significant elements of its historic design, including the intricate plaster and cast stone exterior fa?ade, the ornate ceiling in the grand main lobby, a World War II-era cupola-mounted pillbox, and the arcade hallway. ARCO also reconstructed lost storefronts based on historical photographs and revitalized beautiful arched doorways, columns, and balconies throughout the property. The revitalized property now features 185 luxurious guest rooms and suites, a 4,000-square-foot pool deck, multiple dining venues—including a 4,000-square-foot historic sky room bar and restaurant—and over 9,000 square feet of retail space. Situated at 210 E. Ocean Boulevard, The Breakers is among the oldest and most iconic buildings in Long Beach. ARCO National Construction’s Kansas City division recently celebrated the opening of our brand-new office space in Riverside alongside clients, subcontractors, vendors, and community members. Spanning 52,253 square feet, the office and warehouse developed in partnership with BlueScope Properties Group, features 51 private offices, a 2,000-square-foot training room with stadium seating, and four conference rooms. The space also includes impressive amenities, such as a gym, a break room with a kitchen and game room, and even a basketball court, making it a true reflection of ARCO's "work hard, play hard" culture. ARCO National Construction’s Southern California division, based in Irvine, is continuing to bring best-in-class cold storage space to the essential Vernon market with this 67,160-square-foot facility for Regent Cold Storage, a food processor specializing in cooked deli meats and fully prepared frozen foods. The cold storage facility will feature a 40,377-square-foot -10°F freezer, a 6,972-square-foot dry warehouse, a 1,919-square-foot 35°F cooler, a 1,914-square-foot 45°F cooler, and blast freezing capabilities that can cool products from 40°F to 10°F within 48 hours. Additional features will include a CO2 refrigeration system, a 45°F cold dock, insulated metal panel construction, and a 48-foot clear height. ARCO National Construction is thrilled to be nearing completion on this new 297,440 SF manufacturing facility for Elopak, a leading global supplier of carton packaging and filling equipment. Located in Little Rock, Arkansas, the facility will be Elopak’s first U.S. production plant and will feature the latest state-of-the-art technology for better and more efficient production. The facility will be utilized to produce the company’s Pure-Pak? cartons, a complete and flexible packaging system for liquid dairy, juices, plant-based products, and liquid eggs. Project features will include a 205,267 SF production area, an 11,219 SF mezzanine, a 24,534 SF office, six dock positions, and tilt-up construction. More than 100 jobs are expected to be created in the local market.
