ARCO Murray is currently constructing two more speculative warehouses at the Princeton Oaks Industrial Park in Orlando, FL and just wrapped up the steel roof framing. This design/build project provided a 42,116 SF front-load distribution shell with two dedicated entrances for future tenants.
