Our Phoenix team has been hard at work on the Sossaman Business Campus for Silver Creek Development! We’ve made great progress in the last few weeks, pouring concrete for curbs, sidewalk, and valley gutters, adding landscaping and irrigation and installing window awnings. This week, we're pushing forward with finishing touches, as well as getting ready to lay the base rock for asphalt. Stay tuned for more updates as we near completion on this exciting project!

Our Senior Living Multi-Family team is making great progress on Mills Properties and Aligned Equity Group Jasper development in St. Peters, MO! Roof framing is underway on Building 1, as foundations continue to be built for Buildings 3 and 4. This impressive complex will feature seven buildings, covering a total of 250,000 square feet, with 176 garden-style units designed for modern living. We’re looking forward to seeing the progress on this community and anticipate completion in late 2025. #multifamily #designbuild #construction

ARCO recently broke ground on Live Nation Entertainment's Riverside Amphitheater, an exciting new 16,000-capacity venue in Riverside, Missouri! In partnership with Blueprint Studios and Generator Studio, ARCO is thrilled to bring this world-class destination to life. Scheduled to open in 2026, Riverside Amphitheater will host up to 40 annual concerts and community events. Built on a 165-acre, levee-protected site, the project will feature a 100,000-square-foot canopy over an auditorium bowl, 6,000 parking stalls and 13 auxiliary support buildings, including a VIP club, Concession Village and box office. This project will drive over 1,000 construction jobs and $250 million in economic impact, with ongoing operations adding 500 permanent jobs and $70 million annually.
