ARCO Beverage Group recently completed this 62,250 SF beverage distribution facility expansion for Wayne Densch Co, a top distributor of alcoholic beverages in the Central Florida region. Located in Sanford, FL, the state-of-the-art facility will significantly increase the company’s distribution capabilities with a 41,250 SF controlled-environment warehouse, a 2,000 SF draught cooler, and 32’ clear height. The facility also includes a 21,000 SF corporate office, featuring employee amenities and a 5,600 SF hospitality room. ARCO Beverage Group recently completed a new 350,439 SF beverage distributorship in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for Frank B. Fuhrer Wholesale Co. Having nearly doubled the leading beer distributor’s presence in the local market, the project was awarded the 2024 CoStar Group Impact Award for Pittsburgh Commercial Development of the Year for its contribution to the region. With a 211,647 SF controlled-environment warehouse, a 29,783 SF draught cooler, and a 21,833 SF ambient warehouse, the facility will handle a high volume of beer and other beverages for the company’s Fuhrer Eagle Sales & Service division. Additional facility features include 28,666 SF of office space, a 14,356 POS area, and an 8,680 SF truck maintenance building.
