The project will greatly increase the company’s ability to serve the region with the addition of conditioned warehouse space with state-of-the-art material handling equipment. Additional features will include 45’ clear height, 20 dock positions, and a 1,500 SF receiving office. Check out the progress ARCO Beverage Group is making on this 69,604 SF beverage facility expansion for Beverage South Distributors! The ARCO team has been working hard to form, pour, and place the concrete panels for the project. Once complete, the facility will feature a 43,751 SF warehouse expansion, a 8,299 SF dunnage canopy addition, a 4,065 SF draught cooler expansion, a 3,161 SF employee lounge alteration, and a 2,670 SF office renovation. ARCO Beverage Group recently completed this 62,250 SF beverage distribution facility expansion for Wayne Densch Co, a top distributor of alcoholic beverages in the Central Florida region. Located in Sanford, FL, the state-of-the-art facility will significantly increase the company’s distribution capabilities with a 41,250 SF controlled-environment warehouse, a 2,000 SF draught cooler, and 32’ clear height. The facility also includes a 21,000 SF corporate office, featuring employee amenities and a 5,600 SF hospitality room. ARCO Beverage Group recently completed a new 350,439 SF beverage distributorship in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for Frank B. Fuhrer Wholesale Co. Having nearly doubled the leading beer distributor’s presence in the local market, the project was awarded the 2024 CoStar Group Impact Award for Pittsburgh Commercial Development of the Year for its contribution to the region. With a 211,647 SF controlled-environment warehouse, a 29,783 SF draught cooler, and a 21,833 SF ambient warehouse, the facility will handle a high volume of beer and other beverages for the company’s Fuhrer Eagle Sales & Service division. Additional facility features include 28,666 SF of office space, a 14,356 POS area, and an 8,680 SF truck maintenance building.
