We remain unequivocally committed to our core values of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion and to ensuring all older adults and caregivers receive the support, resources, and dignity they deserve. In our latest #PointofView blog post, Rigo Saborio, our new President and CEO, shares his perspective and some of the experiences that have shaped his leadership. As Rigo writes: "At Archstone Foundation, we see justice, as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion not as abstract ideals, but as core values that inform everything we do. They shape our mission, drive our funding strategies, and strengthen our partnerships. Equity is fundamental to ensuring all older adults and caregivers receive the support, resources, and dignity they deserve." We invite you to join us in this commitment to the values of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion. Improving the health and well-being of older Californians and their caregivers.
关于我们
Archstone Foundation is a nonprofit, non-partisan, private foundation dedicated to improving the health and well-being of older Californians and their caregivers so that all older Californians have access to high-quality coordinated care that effectively integrates health and social services. For almost 40 years, we have used grantmaking, coalition building, and thought leadership to focus on the fastest growing population in the state: older people. In addition, we work to ensure that future systems of care meet the needs of historically marginalized people, are culturally and linguistically appropriate, and serve to reduce disparities in health and well-being.
