???? Celebrate National Strawberry Day with this delicious Strawberry Basil Lemonade recipe! Ingredients 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced ? fresh basil leaves 1 cup simple syrup 1 ? cups lemon juice, about 6 lemons 2-4 cups water Instructions Add strawberries to the bottom of a large pitcher. Muddle gently with basil leaves. Stir in the simple syrup, lemon juice, and 2 cups of water. Taste and add more water if needed. Pour lemonade over ice and add in more sliced strawberries and lemons to garnish. For many cardiac patients, it’s difficult to know when to call hospice, and the truth is, most patients qualify for hospice earlier than they realize. Arc Hospice provides comfort, symptom management, and vital support when heart disease becomes difficult to manage. You or your loved one might benefit from hospice if: ?? Frequent hospital visits – More than 2 ER trips or hospital stays in the past 6 months. ?? Breathing challenges – Needing extra oxygen or struggling to breathe, even while resting or sitting. ?? Unintentional weight changes – Losing weight unexpectedly or gaining weight despite taking heart medication. ?? Increased fatigue – Spending more time in bed or a recliner, with little energy for daily activities. ?? Uncontrolled chest pain – Pain or discomfort in the chest that doesn’t improve with prescribed medication.
