Take a look at the fascinating changes over time to the 1898 Coryell County Courthouse! During a recent site visit, we explored the history of the courthouse’s iconic goddess statues. Two original goddess of justice statues stand proudly with their eyes uncovered, defying the typical “blindfolded” symbolism of justice. We are thrilled to celebrate the grand re-opening of the historic Stagecoach Inn in Round Rock, Texas! Originally built in 1848 and relocated in 2018, this landmark is one of Round Rock’s oldest structures. Architexas was honored to lead its thoughtful restoration, installing new wood flooring, cedar beadboard ceiling, cedar shingle roofing, and wood-framed windows to preserve its timeless character. This is a terrific firm and Atlanta Grade School Friends is working with them on the restoration of a 1936 WPA-era school called Atlanta-Miller Grade School, which will also become a modern community center.
