?? Two10 Midvale is live! ?? Construction recently wrapped up at Two10 Midvale. This new 150,000 s.f. construction of a four-over-two podium style mix of market rate and affordable housing project provides 210 apartments consisting of studios, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom dwelling units in Shoreline, Washington. The building design includes a resident lobby and lounge, conference room, gym, amenity lounge for gatherings, playground, a huge outdoor amenity deck for groups, and outdoor cooking and the two levels of enclosed garage parking that provides 213 parking stalls. Architecture All Forms provided architectural services for the building’s redesign through construction administration. Village at 47th will bring 272 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom affordable senior dwelling units with amenity spaces to Tukwila, WA.?A team of goats were brought in at the start of construction to clear invasive species in sensitive areas on the site.?The project is approximately 317,000 total s.f. and will comply with Evergreen Sustainable Development Standards (ESDS). Project Update: Construction has begun for Crosswalk 2.0! The Project is a new 3-story wood framed building consisting of 18 youth shelter beds on the ground floor & 18 youth extended stay rooms on the second floor. Both levels will include associated amenity, resource and office areas. The third floor will consist of administrative offices for Volunteers of America Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. ~42,500 sf The contractor is Inland Group.
