Women usually start experiencing menopause symptoms in their mid-40s but can be in perimenopause up to ten years before menopause. Menopause can last a few months or up to fourteen years, with most women experiencing symptoms for seven years. For such a large amount of time, it's important women's health solutions address this part of a woman's life.
