This past year with this team has been nothing short of rewarding ??????
AND THAT'S A WRAP! What a fun and exciting week we had last week with our families and team. Rick Conway, Arches' CEO, says the following when reflecting on Arches' first year: "As I reflect on our first year of operations I think about our team members and our kids. When you start a new business, you can never anticipate all the challengers you will face, on your way to success.?Arches certainly faced numerous challenges in our first year of operations; most were expected, but we had a few unexpected and significant ones that truly tested our team.?We assembled a senior management that had never worked together and had no experience in creating a new company.?As the CEO, one of the many things that kept me up at night was “how well would this team work together and how will they handle the challengers we will face.”?I am pleased to say our senior team along with significant input and support from our leadership team (members of the senior team along with selected BCBA’s and BAT’s) have met every challenge we faced.?We worked through a lot of stress, anxiety, and emotional filled situations. Every time we faced adversity, we did so in such a way they made us a stronger, more collaborative and more effective team.?I could not be prouder of what our 44 team members (and growing) have accomplished in our first year! When I think about our kids there is only one question that I continually ask. “Are we making a positive impact on our kids we serve and their families.”?This past week, as part of our first-year anniversary celebration, we held an event for our parents to meet each other in a social environment.?In the normal course of business, I have no opportunity to meet our parents.?I attended this event and had the privilege of meeting all the parents present – and what a rewarding experience it was.?As I approached the parents to introduce myself, I thanked them for trusting Arches with their children.?The enthusiastic responses I received from various parents centered around “how comfortable and safe they (parents) feel knowing their child is at Arches” and “how excited their child is to come to the clinic”.?I think my question, in regard to the impact we are making, was answered! If I had to sum up the year in a sentence it would be this: we assembled a strong team of professionals that are providing quality therapy and making the type of difference in the life of a child and their families as we had hoped to do." Check out this video of all of our memories from the past year! https://lnkd.in/g72gGVPz

Day 3 of Anniversary Week here at Arches! Check out this video of what our staff said about favorite memories and why they love working here ?? Katie Barlow, Clinical Director and BCBA says the following when reflecting on this past year: “Arches started as an idea around a small table that didn't even have a name. Now, we have grown to fill an entire clinic and have touched so many families and team members! I am so very proud of every team member and the passion and work they have put into making us what we are today. Being a part of this journey is so fun and rewarding, and I can't wait to see what we can do in the next year!” https://lnkd.in/gmrfb-X7
