We're thrilled to announce that Pima County and the City of Tucson have been awarded a $7 million U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development PRO Housing grant to tackle the barriers to affordable housing in our region. This funding is a major step forward for advancing housing equity and sustainability in areas of low poverty and high opportunity. ? ARCHES is proud to partner with Pima County and City of Tucson on this initiative, which includes: ? ?? Zoning reforms to unlock diverse housing options ?? Support for tiny homes and missing middle housing ?? Capacity building for affordable housing teams and small-scale developers ?? Subsidies and funding to drive new developments in the region ?
