Exciting News! The Chicago Plan Commission has approved 400 N. Elizabeth. In this transformative addition to Chicago’s skyline, by ARCHEO Design Studio Inc. features two residential towers, offering a total of 724 apartments. The 33 and 31 story towers have complementary facade designs featuring gridded facades with sleek metal paneling and glazing. Meet Andy Maradni, our Building Technology Manager at RKO. Since joining the team in 2019, Andy has played an instrumental role in driving innovation and ensuring the success of our projects from the beginning stages of design. Not only has Andy been a driving force in pre-construction design, but he also leads our thermal department, contributing insights into energy efficiency and sustainability. Andy's leadership is evident in his latest awarded projects, including 1005 N Edison St in Milwaukee, WI, and the 22 Drydock project in Boston, MA. "My favorite part about working at RKO is that we do a lot of forward-thinking as we have been designing new systems" Maradni says. Andy Maradni's impact on RKO is profound, and we look forward to seeing the continued contributions he will make as our Building Technology Manager. His passion, expertise, and leadership are just some of the reasons why we're proud to have him as a member of our team.

Last weekend we hosted our colleagues from Chicago and Manila ????

900 Church Street “Alcove” features both the RWW 9000 and 12000 systems. Alternating between projected metal panel and glass infill gives the project a unique textured jog design while maintaining a fully unitized fa?ade. ? The preeminent characteristic, and namesake of the project, are the Alcoves located on the East and West elevations. Defining features include fully customizing the RWW 9000 system to allow for flush glass slab edge covers and pairing them with spandrel glazing fritted with a unique orange shade giving the impression of a wood finish on the fa?ade. ? The building stands 418’ tall and is a defining tower of the ever-growing Nashville skyline.
