Introducing Jerry Broering, a Machine Operator / Drill Lead at our Ohio facility in Shelby County! Broering started working at Voisard Tool 20 years ago, prior to its acquisition by ARCH Cutting Tools in 2014. Jerry has held the roles of CNC Operator and Drill Lead and was trained in-house to manufacture carbide drills. “It has been a good job working for ARCH,” said Jerry, “Being Drill lead has been a rewarding part of my job by helping coworkers with problem-solving running drills.” Outside of work, Jerry enjoys golfing, hanging out with friends, and watching the Ohio State Buckeyes.

Meet Robert A. Estep, the Quality Manager at our Mentor, Ohio facility! Estep started working at Competitive Carbide almost 18 years ago, prior to its acquisition by ARCH Cutting Tools in 2019.
