We celebrated breaking ground on a medical office building and surgery center in Katy, Texas for NexCore Group and Surgery Ventures, powered by HCA Healthcare. Designed by BSA LifeStructures, this 24,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility will be anchored on the first floor by a 12,800-square-foot ambulatory surgery center in a joint venture between Surgery Ventures, powered by HCA Healthcare and a group of local physicians. The second floor will include Digestive Health Associates, an affiliate of GI Alliance, and Houston Colon, an affiliate of HCA Houston Healthcare. YES Prep Brays Oaks Elementary is progressing wonderfully thanks to our awesome Community Division and team of subcontractors. This 72,000-square-foot school is designed by Element Architects + Interiors and marks YES Prep Public Schools’ 10th elementary school. Arch-Con celebrated breaking ground on its fourth Sprouts Farmers Market located within the Shops at the Brick and Mortar District. This project, developed by GBT Realty and designed by BRR Architecture and MJM Architects, is located in Kyle, Texas, and will bring 80 full- and part-time career opportunities to the growing city. We wrapped up a “constructive” October celebrating birthdays ?? including our fearless leader Michael G. Scheurich’s with his favorite dessert… homemade cupcakes (and a Scheurich selfie). We look forward to this cupcake tradition each year. After sweet treats, games and a Halloween happy hour, we're ready to jump into November!???????
