Role Description: This is a one year contract (with the option to extend), on-site role for an Architectural Technologist located in Pretoria, Gauteng.? The Architectural Technologist will be responsible for tasks related to architectural technology, technical drawing, working drawings, architectural drawings, and construction drawings on a day-to-day basis. Requirements: ? Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Twinmotion, or other relevant software ? Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field ? SACAP Registered ? Own car is required ? 3-5 Years experience post registration Skills: ? Architectural Technology, Technical Drawing, and Working Drawings skills ? Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings skills ? Experience in architectural design and drafting ? Knowledge of building codes and regulations ? Knowledge of the construction process ? Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills ? Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Additional skills: ? Office suite knowledge ? Adobe suite knowledge ? Ambition and willingness to grow ? Quick learner

Let's start this week with one of the greats - The Red Brick. ?? Red bricks have been a cornerstone of architecture for centuries, thanks to their durability and timeless aesthetic. ?? Their distinctive colour comes from iron-rich clay fired at high temperatures, creating a material that’s as strong as it is iconic. ??
