This week's Arbor Bank's Mortgage Insights: - Mortgage rates remained stable over the week, even amidst a significant release of inflation and labor market data. - The monthly core PCE index, widely regarded as the Federal Reserve's preferred inflation measure, met expectations and remains close to the Fed’s 2% target. - October saw a modest job creation of only 12,000, considerably below the anticipated 113,000.
