ARB Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Primoris (NYSE: PRIM), is a multinational construction company headquartered in Lake Forest California with satellite offices throughout the United States. ARB began as a privately held company in 1946 in Bakersfield, California, specializing in pipeline construction. Today, we have grown through internal expansions and acquisitions to become one of the largest specialty contractors in the United States. We have diversified our operations by expanding our competency into engineering, industrial, underground, structural, and power generation activities. ARB has several offices throughout California which include; Lake Forest, Bakersfield, Pittsburg, Carson, San Diego, San Francisco and Fairfield. We also have offices located in Texas. ARB owns a vast array of equipment, allowing us to quickly mobilize and staff projects anywhere including remote locations.
