We are happy to share some incredible news from the IACC U.S. Culinary Competition in Texas! Our very own Chef de Cuisine, Eirik Kauserud from Ross Executive Learning and Conference Center at University of Michigan, competed against seven talented chefs from across the country—and emerged victorious! Next up, Chef Eirik will represent the U.S. at the global competition during the annual IACC conference this spring, where he’ll face off against the top chefs from Europe and Asia-Pacific for the prestigious Copper Skillet. Congratulations to Chef Eirik on this amazing achievement, and best of luck as you take on the world stage!
